Domestic (AUS) shipping information

Most MALO republic orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Length of time until delivery depends on shipping option selected at checkout. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, and include tracking information. Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight until free shipping thresholds are met. Free shipping packages are typically shipped via AUS post. 

Orders with express shipping must be placed by 1:00pm AEST (Sydney time zone) in order to be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm AEST will be shipped out the next business day. This option is nonrefundable if placed after 1:00pm PT. *Please note this service is currently not available

Taxes, Import Fees, & Duties

We'd like to remind our customers that shipping charges cover transport only and do not include any additional import liabilities imposed by local governments. Customers assume full responsibility for any customs charges and are considered to be importing goods into that country. MALO republic is unable to advise customers regarding customs charges and we do not have any control over duties imposed by local governments. Please check with your local government agencies prior to confirming a purchase with MALO republic online. We cannot accept returns due to objections with customs charges and orders cannot be returned to sender. MALO republic reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates, carriers or shipping providers at any time without notice. 

International Shipping

We are currently only offering AUS POST shipping option for New Zealand and Singapore. We do not ship globally to any other countries from Australia right now due to COVID-19 restrictions.

MALO republic is not responsible for lost international packages after the package is in the care of the courier & not responsible for any international returns or exchanges. 

Missing Package?

Once a package is in the carrier's hands, it is out of ours. First steps are to check with your neighbors and to contact the carrier. The carrier will be more apt to help you locate your package, as they can contact the delivery person and get more details about the exact delivery details of the package. Unfortunately, we are limited to the same tracking details as you are. If the package hasn't shown up within 3-5 business days of the package missing, please contact us at and we will figure out next steps with you.
